I found myself overwhelmed by countless unknowns, unsure of where to begin. I searched numerous online resources, hoping to find a solution, and eventually came across an estate planning firm. While helpful, it didn’t meet my needs, as I was looking for an estate plan that was Shariah-compliant. Finding the right resources to fulfill this requirement was a challenge because Shariah plays a pivotal role in Muslim estate planning. Despite many online platforms, none seemed to cater specifically to Muslims seeking to create estate plans in line with Islamic principles. It became clear that I needed to take matters into my own hands, so I began to learn. I immersed myself in understanding the intricacies of Shariah-compliant estate planning, and in doing so, I was able to help others create their plans.
